Heard over the news that power has been restored to most areas in Metro Manila. This means that we will be seeing a lot more people in #Salsalan today. For those who have been living under a rock, Typhoon Basyang (international code name Conson) caused a near total blackout in the Philippine capital yesterday which left 80% of Manila with no electricity.
