Filipino Ejaculator

SANTA ANA, Calif. – A Filipino American accused of ejaculating into a female co worker’s water bottle pleaded not guilty to all charges against him in a court appearance this morning. Michael Kevin Lallana arrived at the Santa Ana Central Justice Center with his lawyer Eduardo Madrid.

Lallana refused to comment on the case. Police arrested him last month for allegedly ejaculating into the victim’s water bottle at work on two separate occasions.

The victim, a coworker, said she felt sick after drinking from the water bottle. She had the water tested at the lab. Both parties would not confirm if there was an existing or previous relationship, nor if there were past incidences of harassment.

Lallana, who is a married man, now faces six misdemeanor charges, which include depositing offensive substances and assault. The victim who was at the arraignment refuses to reveal her name to the public. Celebrity defense lawyer Gloria Allred, who represents the victim said the victim is still traumatized.

“While the victim in this case is horrified and disgusted and emotionally traumatized by what she was forced to suffer by the perpetrator of the crimes against her, she is nevertheless, willing to cooperate and be a witness in this case if it is necessary to do so,” Allred told reporters after the arraignment.

The Judge issued a restraining order. Lallana cannot come with in 100 yards of the victim or her property. The 31 year old was immediately fired from his job as a Field Director  for Northwestern Mutual Mortgage.
Lallana’s pretrial is scheduled for October 14 and a jury trial is set for November 9. If convicted he can face as much as three years of prison and must  register as a sex offender. (www.balitangamerica.tv)
